Dental exam utilizing intraoral camera

Intraoral Camera

Photos are the easiest way we have to make our patients feel like partners in their treatment planning. These images allow us to show you areas of your smile that may have been damaged or decayed. We can also more clearly explain what your options are to repair dental damage and renew oral health. The Intraoral camera is one of the most important ways we’ve been able to use technology to transform your dentistry experience.

Dentist examining x-ray

Digital X-Rays

Digital x-rays, like intraoral photos, give us the opportunity to clearly demonstrate any areas for concern below the gum line or inside your tooth. Traditional x-rays were time consuming to capture, took even more time to develop using hazardous chemicals, and they had to be stored and transferred physically. Digital x-rays can be quickly captured, and are immediately available for view on chairside computer monitors. We can also transfer them to insurance providers, labs, or specialists as needed.

iTero Digital Impression System

The state-of-the-art iTero digital impression system allows us to collect precise impressions of your prepared teeth that allow our dental lab to craft the most natural dental restorations. Traditional impressions were captured by having patients bite down into putty, and they had to be physically shipped to the lab. Instead, digital impressions are instantly transferred to the lab via computer. This reduces time between the initial preparation appointment and the final restoration visit.
